Building on the success of our recent international undergraduate cardiovascular conferences in varied regions dotted across the UK, including London, Swansea and Edinburgh over the years, we are back this year for the 6th International Undergraduate Cardiovascular Conference in the vibrant city of Newcastle! Our team have put together an exciting programme and a research competition with the aims of promoting cardiovascular medicine and surgery among undergraduate students, providing a platform for students to network and showcase their research projects. A full day of inspiring talks and fun-filled workshops and cardiac simulators to expose medical students to the procedures beyond the scope of typical undergraduate curriculum awaits.
