Rohin is a fourth-year medical student based in York, studying at Hull York Medical School. He has intercalated a BSc in Cardiovascular Sciences at Imperial College London, achieving first-class honours. He is interested in all aspects of Cardiology, with a particular interest in research, clinical electrophysiology and the application of artificial intelligence techniques. Rohin is currently involved in research projects relating to electrophysiology, machine learning, cardiomyopathy and cardiac MRI. He has presented work internationally, authored chapters in both a book and textbook, and been published in a peer-reviewed journal. In his role as Research Officer, he is looking forward to showcasing and promoting the work of UK medical students by organising the oral and poster presentations for BUCA’s annual conference and editing BUCA’s journal.
